We are seeking an entry-level Electronics Test & Assembly Technician I to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1-4 years of experience who are interested in electronics, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow their career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Schedule

This is an on-site role, Monday-Friday, with two available shifts. Candidates should indicate preference or openness to either schedule:

• AM Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM PT (30-minute lunch)
• PM Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT (30-minute lunch)

What You'll Do

• Assemble and test electronic components and systems according to work instructions
• Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing on production units
• Accurately document work and test results using internal systems and Google Sheets
• Enter and track production data in Zoho CRM
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or hands-on environment preferred
• Interest in electronics, electrical components, or computer/electronics building
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets experience is a strong plus)
• Experience with CRM tools (especially Zoho CRM) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a production-focused environment
• Comfortable working in a blended office and warehouse setting

Note: This position is intended for early-career candidates; applicants with extensive work history may be overqualified.

Compensation

• $21.00 - $22.50 per hour (no flexibility at this time)
